Hi, I was delighted to find your website. Jesse Harmston is my great grandfather. Family legend says that he and his two brothers, John and Luke, came to America all together on a cattleboat. I was told that they came in 1851, but have recently found a source that said that they came in 1861. They also had 3 sisters. Their parents were James Harmston and Elizabeth Pearson. I have information on 2 more generations back further, and would love to hear if you know more than that. Thank you, Kathy Hare
